How to calculate the survey results

This section will inform you about the way you can calculate the different results. For all survey question counts that you need to ask your customer to rate your organisation on a linear scale for 1-10. In case the question does not apply he/she is able to select the n.a. option (not applicable). From a practical point of view, we shall review the moist common statistics like;

  1. The mean
  2. The median
  3. The mode
  4. The range
  5. The score per latent variable (image, expectations, etc)
  6. The net promotor score
  7. Standard deviation
  8. Variance

The next pages will explain and demonstrate the use of each of the above.
